Job Description
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Home Health Physical Therapist where you’ll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARCC
- PR certification required
- Physical Therapy license required
- Master's required
- Home health experience required
Assignment Details
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No on-call or weekend requirement
- Coverage area includes Schuylkill County
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Productivity expectation is 30 points
- Dress code is business casual with professional appearance
