Assignment Details
- Start Date: 08/03/2026
- Duration: 14 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Schedule: 5 days per week
- On-call or weekend requirement: None
- Coverage area includes Toledo and surrounding counties
- Productivity expectation: 30
- Top responsibilities include case management
- Dress code: Black and Blue
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Active Ohio PT license
- Master's degree
