A travel Home Health Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, at 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient needs

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina
• Experience in Home Health setting preferred
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
