Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,405 per week

About the role

Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Missoula, Montana.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Montana.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• At least one year of clinical experience in a hospital or home health setting preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
