Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,382 per week
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a home health position in Montgomery County and Upper PG County, MD. The assignment duration is 13 weeks, starting on August 3, 2026, with a 40-hour workweek and a 5-day schedule of 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for adult patients.
- Implement therapy interventions in home settings.
- Document patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social services.
Requirements
- Current Maryland Physical Therapist state license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience preferred; first-timers accepted.
- Experience with HCHB charting system is a plus.
