Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,302 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Kentucky.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification preferred.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay
