About the role
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist position available in Hilliard, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in home health setting preferred.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
