About the role

Synergy Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position offers 36 hours per week with flexible 12-hour shifts (13:00–01:00).

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services as assigned.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment starting 08/31/2026.
• 36 hours per week, 3x12-hour shifts (flexible timing: 13:00–01:00 or 12:00–03:00).
