About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Durham, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, including skilled nursing visits and assessments.
- Create and manage individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina licensure
