Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health - $2,283 per week

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in physical therapy.
- Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of work.
