The LeaderStat is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Silver Spring, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• 40 hours per week.
• Shift: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Start date: August 3, 2026.
• End date: November 2, 2026.
• One year of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist.
• Clinical experience within the last two years.
• Current State Licensure.
• Current relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
