American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Calverton, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes, including PT assessments and interventions
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform evaluations to develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willing to obtain STATE licensure
