About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Lexington, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
- Adhere to client’s schedule and requirements
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice physical therapy in Kentucky
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a home health setting
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer preferred
