About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maryland
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience in a home health setting
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards

Pay
The pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
