Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Valley City, North Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification through American Heart Association (BLS)
