Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Burn Unit - $2,313 per week

Anders Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 5, 2026 at LCMC Health University Medical Center New Orleans.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
