About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 14-week contract in Canaan, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy practice.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist License
- Current BLS/BCLS Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Weekly Gross: $2,580.00 (Based on 40 hours)
