About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Beckley, West Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on patient progress
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in West Virginia
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in Home Health or related field
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN or evidence of current RN license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred
- Experience with homebound patients
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay
