Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active/applicable license for the State of Arizona
• CPR Certification
• 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports clinics is advantageous

Pay Package
