Talent4Health is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a position in Rhinebeck, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provides physical therapy services to orthopedic, geriatric, and neuro patients in an outpatient setting.
- Adheres to professional standards and guidelines.
- Maintains accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements
- NY State PT License
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience
- Preferred: 2 years + outpatient experience
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
