About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 11, 2026, in Artesia, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience working in acute care settings preferred.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
