Travel Physical Therapist - $2,440 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Rutland, Vermont.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in medical records

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Vermont
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in SNFs
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to healthcare

Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions
• Experience with manual therapy techniques
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay

• Based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
