About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in CA
- Experience in SNF settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
