Travel Physical Therapist - $2,440 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Santa Clara, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California
• At least 1 year of experience in SNF settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
