Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Dayton, Washington, starting 11/02/2026. The position involves providing specialized respiratory therapy services to pediatric patients in a clinical setting, emphasizing safety, quality care, effective communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Employment type: Travel  Shift: 12‑hour days  Hours: 36 per week  Schedule: Variable days with on‑call responsibilities. Assignment ends no later than 01/31/2027.

Responsibilities

• Safe and effective administration of medicines used in respiratory therapy
• Proper use and maintenance of supplies and equipment
• Accurate clinical records and charting
• Adherence to safety standards
• Effective communication with physicians, nurses, patients, and hospital personnel
• Team‑oriented approach
• Exercising good judgment, tact, dependability, understanding, and accuracy
• Providing patient education on disease processes
• Recognizing safety issues and notifying supervisors accordingly

Requirements

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
• No minimum years of experience required
• Availability to begin on 11/02/2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in pediatric respiratory therapy

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
