About the role

The Travel Pediatric OR RN provides comprehensive perioperative patient care in a surgical environment, ensuring safety, infection control, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Manage surgical instruments and supplies.
• Assist with patient positioning.
• Monitor patient condition throughout the perioperative process.
• Document care and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and efficient surgical workflows.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric OR experience.
• Valid RN license.
• BLS certification.
• PALS or ENPC certification.

Qualifications

Preferred skills include:

• ACLS certification.
• OR nursing certifications (e.g., CNOR).
