About the role
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric RN to provide comprehensive, age-appropriate care to pediatric patients in various clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health and implement care plans
- Administer medications and prepare equipment
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality, family-centered care
- Provide patient and family education
- Document care and respond to emergencies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain professionalism
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Pediatric RN experience
- Valid RN license according to state regulations
- Current BLS and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
Preferred Qualifications
- NRP certification
- Additional licenses
