Seeking a skilled Stepdown RN to provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to general inpatient units.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms
- Administering medications
- Preparing equipment
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Assessing patient conditions
- Responding to emergencies
- Documenting care
- Educating patients on cardiac health
Qualifications
- At least one year of recent stepdown experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferred certifications include PCCN and NIHSS
