About the role

We are seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a travel assignment, responsible for providing specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications
• Prepare equipment
• Observe patient responses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care

Requirements

• At least one year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications

Qualifications

• Critical thinking
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills
• Physical stamina
• Ability to work under pressure

• PCCN
• NIHSS
