About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a travel assignment in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data to detect abnormalities
- Administer medications and treatments, prepare equipment, and assist with cardiac procedures
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and provide education on cardiac health and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Document patient assessments and respond to cardiac emergencies
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards
Requirements
- One year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Optional but preferred: PCCN and NIHSS certifications
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality
