Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications
- Assist with procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety
- Manage complex patient needs under pressure
Requirements
- At least one year of recent Stepdown RN experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to handle equipment and patient movement
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, technical, and mental skills
- Preferred certifications: PCCN and NIHSS
