The PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) Nurse is located at the facility. This position involves providing direct clinical care to patients in the post-anesthesia recovery setting, ensuring high standards of safety and quality. The role includes supervising staff delegation and supporting the facility’s clinical leadership in maintaining optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care on a shift basis within the Post Anesthesia Care Unit.
• Supervise staff to whom care is delegated.
• Support the facility’s Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
• Assume responsibility for clinical assessment, care planning, and supervision in the recovery unit to support patient safety and high care standards.

Required Qualifications

• Certification in nursing.
• Active nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Located within the specified jurisdiction.
• 0 years of experience.

Schedule

• Days shift.
• 10 hours per shift.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.
