Travel PACU Registered Nurse - $2,205 per week

Job Summary

The Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) registered nurse position is available in Billings, Montana. This role involves performing independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with accepted standards set by the state Board of Nursing.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (ASN or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Certified license as a Registered Nurse in Montana
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for the unit or service
• 0 years of experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a registered nurse in a PACU setting
• Certification relevant to the unit or service

Additional Information

Performs health assessments, health teaching and counseling, therapy and treatment planning, delegation, supervision, patient referral, and documentation. May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications and be placed on-call during scheduled shifts.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
