Job Summary

This position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to patients recovering from anesthesia. The role focuses on ensuring safe, effective, and timely care, coordinating patient recovery, administering medications and treatments, and supervising clinical staff as needed.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Rotating shift hours, approximately 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License;
  • BLS certification completed through the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross;
  • ACLs certification through the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross;
  • PALS certification completed through the American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross;
  • at least one previous 13-week travel assignment;
  • two (2) years current experience in the specialty.

Preferred Qualifications

  • EPIC experience (training available on-site).
