Travel PACU Registered Nurse - $2,120 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia care services under the supervision of a licensed professional.
• Assist with patient recovery and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and follow protocols for pain management.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in West Virginia.
• Experience in PACU preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of post-anesthesia care procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
