A hospital in Silver City, New Mexico is in need of a PACU RN to work ASAP!
This area is the gem of Southwest New Mexico that offers outdoor recreation, a vibrant historic downtown area, an art community and dozens of festivals and events.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care services under the supervision of a physician.
- Assess patients’ conditions and administer medications as necessary.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the medical staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Requirements
- All AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS required.
- Flex shifts and call required.
- Pre-Op and PACU experience required.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in PACU preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of post-anesthesia care protocols.
