Required Qualifications

• 2 years of PACU experience
• current BLS and ACLS certifications
• valid license to submit
• willing to wait for licensing

Additional Information

• Nurses will be expected to pass a pass/fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with requirements including sterile field maintenance, lifts, restraints, and wound care.
• Orientation includes two days of floor-specific training.
• The unit manages cardiac recovery and sedation patients, with a focus on sterile skills.
• Hospital policy permits cancellation of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
• The facility runs Cerner charting system, and scrubs are provided in blue.
