Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,758 per week

Zack Group is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Zanesville, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license and at least 2 years of recent PT-Outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• D/N rotation, 19:00:00-07:00:00, 12.00-3 position in the PT-Outpatient
• Must have an active License in hand
• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for PT-Outpatient required
• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker required
• Pass background/urine drug screening

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
