Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Tawas City, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document patient care and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN or equivalent
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification

Pay
