About the role
Join a collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team as a Travel Physical Therapist in Norfolk, NE. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one patient care, evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, and work alongside experienced therapists in a supportive environment. The clinic is located on the hospital campus and uses EPIC for documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Work collaboratively with PTAs, rehab aides, and experienced therapists
- Document patient care using EPIC charting system
- Manage a caseload of 10–12 patients per day
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Previous outpatient experience required
- Previous travel experience preferred
- BLS certification
- Active PT license required to submit
- EPIC experience preferred
- Must meet the 45-mile radius requirement
Schedule
- 13-week travel assignment
- Day shift (8-hour shifts; start times between 7:30–8:00 AM)
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
