The outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) position is based in a healthcare facility located in Castle Rock, Colorado. Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
6 months to 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
6 months of outpatient experience is highly desired
Responsibilities
Completing comprehensive evaluations
Developing and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical reasoning
Documenting medical records accurately and timely
Providing patient education
Participating in student training programs
Additional Information
The clinician will ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval
Active licensure in good standing is required, along with completion of all necessary continuing education
The role emphasizes patient and employee safety, including safe handling and infection control practices
