Job Summary
The organization is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days; 8 shift hours; minimum 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school;
- CPR Certification;
- active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed;
- 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior assignment with the organization;
- Prior assignment with the organization previously.
