Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,580 per week

Schedule

Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• CPR Certification
• active/applicable license for the State where work will be performed
• ability to maintain professional standards and uphold required compliance expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of an assignment with the organization previously
• successful completion of an assignment with the organization previously

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and complete comprehensive assessments
• Utilize clinical reasoning to establish treatment plans and goals focused on discharge progression
• Complete timely and accurate medical record documentation, including documentation requirements, goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using approved formats
• Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance approval as indicated and necessary
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Create and maintain an individualized professional development plan through continuing education, self-study, and professional activities
• Adehere to discipline-specific State Practice Act and other regulatory requirements
• Support organizational performance improvement efforts and provide feedback through staff meetings, focus groups, or appropriate channels
• Follow clinic guidelines for personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
