Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,290 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 27, 2026, at a hospital outpatient clinic in Woodsville, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient interactions and progress in accordance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Hampshire.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

• Bill rate: To be determined.
• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
