A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Commerce City, CO. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado.
• At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
