Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,006 per week

About the role

A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Millington, TN for 13 weeks. The position is 40 hours per week and 8 hours per shift. Pay is $2006 per week, subject to confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Tennessee.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
