About the role
A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Lakewood, CO for 13 weeks. The position is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in an outpatient setting
- Assessment and planning of patient care plans
- Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
