A Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist is needed in Longmont, CO for 13 weeks. The position is 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift duration.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of patients in an outpatient setting
- Assessment and planning of patient care plans
- Documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado
- At least one year of experience in outpatient physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
