About the role
A Travel Physical Therapist is needed in Wheat Ridge, CO. This Physical Therapist assignment is for 13 weeks and the setting is Outpatient.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Evaluate patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of the patient care team.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Colorado.
- At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
