About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract position in Leesburg, Virginia. This outpatient role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and educating patients, families, and coworkers.

Schedule

• 5 days per week, 8 hours per day

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients
• Utilize clinical reasoning to create and modify treatment plans
• Document patient care in a clear and concise manner, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Participate in the student program, providing mentorship and evaluation
• Create and pursue a professional development plan focused on clinical and personal growth
• Adhere to state practice acts and maintain professional licensure
• Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives
• Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective treatment programs
• Uphold safety standards, ensuring a safe environment conducive to patient and employee safety

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinical experience
• Current CPR Certification
• Active and applicable state licensure for physical therapy
